Technical Requirements

Sound

  1. PA System: Professional-grade PA system suitable for the venue size.
  2. Monitor Mixes: Minimum of 4 separate monitor mixes.
  3. Microphones: High-quality microphones as specified below.
    • Lead Vocals: Shure SM58 or equivalent
    • Backing Vocals: Shure SM58 or equivalent
    • Instruments: As specified in the stage plot

Lighting

  1. Lighting System: Professional lighting system including front, back, and side lighting.
  2. Lighting Technician: Experienced technician to operate the lighting system throughout the performance.

Stage

  1. Stage Size: Minimum stage dimensions of 24′ wide x 16′ deep x 3′ high.
  2. Risers: Drum riser of 8′ x 8′ x 2′ high.
  3. Power Supply: Minimum of 8 x 20-amp circuits within 10 feet of the stage.

Hospitality Requirements

Dressing Room

  1. Room Size: A clean, private dressing room with comfortable seating for [number of people].
  2. Amenities: Full-length mirror, clothing rack, electrical outlets, and Wi-Fi access.

Catering

  1. Before the Show:
    • Assorted snacks (chips, fruit, vegetables, dips)
    • Bottled water (still and sparkling)
    • Soft drinks (cola, diet cola, lemon-lime soda)
    • Hot tea and coffee with milk, sugar, and honey
  2. Meal:
